The Bent Tree North and Oakdale neighborhoods both offer something very unique, they both have the appeal of a Dallas address and the access to Plano ISD schools. Plano ISD offers a great education, and leaves kids well prepared for college. These neighborhoods are located within a small part of Dallas that has access to Plano schools, making it a very desirable area for families. The proximity of this neighborhood to the Dallas North Tollway also make it an easy location to commute from. Within the neighborhood there are also recreational fields owned by a nearby church that are open for general community use. This neighborhood also has an annual 4th of July parade, which brings a great community spirit to the area. Oakdale is a gated community located adjacent to Bent Tree North which has many similar traits as Bent Tree North. Oakdale's gated entrance has made it a crime free neighborhood for nearly 20 years. It is also located fewer than 5 miles from the variety of dining options in Addison.
