Richardson Resident Recruiting

My Richardson residency hit 7 years in 2013!  Moving from the Tollway/Frankford area was an adjustment in the beginning....but it didn't take me long to appreciate the slower-paced, family friendly city of Richardson.  Easy access to major highways (George Bush, Central Expressway, and 635) is just one of the perks of this location.  (GB is the clear winner of those three, as we all know.)  Being right smack in the middle of my downtown friends and my northern suburbanite friends makes it easy to stay connected to everyone.   But, honestly, the trees are what sold me!  Lush, mature landscaping and green every direction is what puts a smile on my face.

Other new things in Richardson that are making me smile:
1.  Yogurt at the big awesome Racetrack off Shiloh and Renner.
2.  Jobs and people headed to Richardson thanks to State Farm.
3.  The older homes getting makeovers and keeping the community vital.
If you are considering Richardson, take a look at these new listings.  Come join our city!
