Pictures I see in the MLS and online, taken by real estate agents trying to sell a home, lead me to wonder if homeowners are hiring their enemies. Frenemy, anyone? Renemy?
Unless you live in total filth and refuse to clean your home while simultaneously trying to attract home-buyers (yes people do this), you should have several pictures of your home with your listing. Not just ANY pictures! I highly recommend they not be blurry or overly cluttered. The only way to get someone in the door is to attract them online. They will never buy your home if they don’t visit it. They will never visit it if it SCARES them.
Put your best foot forward, and wear your best shoes. If your agent used her cell phone to take the pictures….I’m sorry, but she really doesn’t like you.
Please use the flowchart to determine your agent/client relationship.

"We love Team Kirkpatrick. Adrienne worked with us for nearly two years to help us find the perfect home! We moved from out of state and they helped us to understand the DFW market and helped us to find the perfect community and home for our family. They were patient with us as well as extremely friendly. I would recommend Adrienne to anyone!"
